It is normal to experience a stainless steel odor before the first use, and it is recommended to open the machine door to allow the odor to dissipate for 1-3 days.

This commercial food dehydrator is equipped with 12 detachable, food-grade stainless steel trays, each measuring 11.5*11.5 inches. The trays have a wrapped design to prevent scratching and are suitable for dishwasher cleaning.
