The NESCO FD-61 Snackmaster Encore Food Dehydrator features a 500-watt drying power with a grey top and speckled design. This dehydrator is designed to provide maximum speed and quality for dehydrating a variety of food items, including fruits, vegetables, beef jerky, and venison jerky. The device can dry food in hours, rather than days, unlike ordinary food dehydrators. The top-mounted fan ensures that liquids do not drip into the heating chamber.

The EVEN HEAT DISTRIBUTION of the 500-watt 4-tray food dehydrator allows it to dry food in hours instead of days. The opaque vita-save exterior helps block harmful light, which can destroy the nutritional content of the food being dehydrated.
